Synergy Auto Wash

I have went to Synergy for years and have always had great experiences. In fact, this is the only place I take my SUV for washes. I went last week and was the first time I was not satisfied. They must have changed the tire shine they use, it is splattered all over my car. It looks horrible!

Super friendly staff, and quick and efficient when I went a little after opening. In and out in a about 35 minutes total. I'd return to this location!

Was really disappointed in how the interior of my car was cleaned. I spent $49 for the best wash and the exterior looked nice but inside was a very poor job. I cleared everything out of the car so nothing would be in the way and yet so much dirt and grime was blatantly overlooked. For as much as I paid and for how long it took I really expected a better job. Can't say I'll be back nor recommend this place to others.

Did a fair amount of research to locate a local car wash that will accommodate my oversized truck. One of the only places I found that will accommodate large trucks without an automatic tunnel — tunnels with rollers etc are known to damage our rigs. Height- this location will accommodate up to 7’2”. Will accommodate large tires… just not a dually. You do go through a tunnel, however the tunnel is for water recapture. No brushes, rollers. Approx 4-6 employees wash your truck by hand with soap sponges / pressure washers. Nothing mechanical touches the truck. Make sure to turn off “auto windshield washers”. Wider rigs, make sure to fold mirrors Staff will wipe down, dry exterior and treat wheels Full service interior, staff will vacuum, wipe down, clean inside Waiting area - have clean bathrooms, area is fairly comfortable and clean with free WiFi — men’s bathroom missing paper towels and TP during my visit. Coffee machine out of order. Exterior seating area with tv - tv not working during my visit - woulda been great if they had on college football games! On a clear weekend day, expect a line and a significant wait - was here 1.5 hours AFTER they checked me in / paid. Make s

I have to say my last visit and this visit have been the worst. Understaffed, slow and no since of urgency. When you pay $50 for a car wash you should not have to wait 2 hours for service. At lease hire more people. I get being busy, but urgency and having “enough” people play into the poor service too. Won’t be back. Went from the best place in Knoxville to one of the worst. Workers chit chatting with each other while cares wait.the pic I post doesn’t even show the line waiting to get into the wash. Disappointed.
